These terms govern your use of TradingView Alerts (the "app") and the hosted relay service
operated by Behype Inc. ("we"), a company registered in Delaware, USA.
By using the app or service you agree to them.
TradingView Alerts forwards your TradingView alert webhooks to your Mac. The **hosted
relay (zero-setup, works instantly) requires a Pro** subscription. If you prefer
not to pay, you can self-host the relay or use the built-in local webhook for
free — these run on your own infrastructure.
Pro also includes durable offline delivery: alerts that fire while your app is
closed are saved on our servers (up to 7 days) and delivered when you reopen it. This
is best-effort and subject to the no-guarantee terms below.
TradingView Alerts only delivers notifications you configure in TradingView. It does not
provide trading, investment, or financial advice, signals, or recommendations. You are
solely responsible for your trading decisions.
We aim for reliable, timely delivery but do not guarantee that every alert is
delivered, on time, or without interruption (e.g. outages, network issues, TradingView
changes). Do not rely on the app as the sole trigger for time-critical decisions.

You must provide a valid email. You're responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Don't abuse the service: no excessive automated requests beyond your plan, no attempts
to disrupt or reverse-engineer the hosted service, no unlawful use.
The app and relay are provided under the AGPL-3.0 license. The license governs the
software; these terms govern the hosted service we operate.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by
law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for
trading losses, arising from use of the app or service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated"
